PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
If you are buying or selling a home, know for sure that the home is safe from any health hazards like mold and radon. We perform a thorough inspection of the entire home from the foundation on up. This includes the search for:
Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO's)
Diseases Harmful to Humans
Environmental Hazards such as:
Mold, toxins, carcinogens, noise, and contaminants in soil, water or air and also the effectiveness of any system installed or methods utilized to control or remove suspected hazardous substances are part of what we do in home inspections.
DRONE USE IN INSPECTION
The roof inspection is a major part of a complete home inspection. Now drone technology can provide a “birds eye” view of the roof and all adjacent components. This tool is now available to the home inspection industry. A closer look at the roof means a better understanding of its condition. Aerial survey using a drone with attached camera means that the inspector is at less risk of falling from a roof top or ladder and becoming injured. The drone with camera attached can provide still photos or a video of roof related problems.
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY INSPECTION
Buying or selling commercial property is a big decision. Knowing the condition of the property before purchase or the sale will help to take away any unwanted surprises that may arise after the deal is done. We can let you know the condition of the plumbing, vents, roof, sprinklers, electrical, and more.
INSPECTOR TRAINING INTERNSHIP
Learn the practice of property inspection while accompanying the inspector on the job. A home inspector is an important part to home buyers getting ready to make a purchase. As an intern, you will learn what to look for when performing a home inspection, how to write a findings report and how to make recommendations to the home owner.
